ABOUT THIS SERVICE
- We are registered and experienced dentists providing you with the opportunity for phone consultations lasting 10 to 15 minutes so that you may get independent answers to whatever questions you may have about treatments. We aim to give you peace of mind with a second opinion BEFORE you undergo any treatments.
- To get the best value from your consultation, we will ask you to complete the form opposite, and if possible, to include the most recent X-rays and photos of your dental condition so that we may analyse them prior to your consultation. This saves a lot of valuable time, rather than wasting any of it during your important phone consultation appointment! Don't worry if you do not have them handy when you complete the registration form. You can attach them to an email later on, allowing you time to ask your dentist to provide you with copies in the interim. Digital X-ray images and photos are ideal.
- The fee is $95 per consultation and will be processed securely through PayPal when you SUBMIT the form to book our services. This fee includes the consultation AND the time we need to allocate to study your X-rays and photos BEFORE we chat!
- Currently we provide this service from 6pm to 10pm weekdays and from 8am to 12 noon Saturdays and Sundays (Sydney time)
- Please note that this is NOT a claimable service from your health fund. However, you will be emailed a receipt by PayPal immediately upon payment of your consultation fee.
